Abstract

Although the temperature of the end face of the sealing ring is remarkably reduced through a traditional straight groove, the leakage amount is greatly increased and exceeds the allowable range of the leakage amount. Therefore, the invention discloses a low-leakage high-flow-resistance built-in channel alloy cast iron elastic sealing structure which comprises a built-in channel in an alloy cast iron elastic sealing ring and a chromium-plated sealing ring end face. The characteristic that the flow path of the built-in channel in the sealing ring is long so that the flow resistance can be effectively increased is utilized to reduce the leakage amount of the sealing ring, and as the built-in channel is located in the sealing ring, fluid flowing through the built-in channel can take away part of heat of the sealing ring, the temperature of the sealing ring is obviously reduced, and the sealing effect is improved.
