The water volume detection system comprises two sets of liquid level detection devices which are connected in parallel and a data processing module, the liquid level detection device comprises a liquid level sensor and a detection circuit module; the liquid level sensor measures the change of the water level of the water storage tank through the height change of the floating ball and outputs a current signal; the detection circuit module is used for converting a current signal which is output by the liquid level sensor and reflects the height of the liquid level into a voltage signal and accessing the voltage signal into the data processing module; the data processing module carries out AD sampling on the voltage signals output by the two sets of detection circuit modules and calculates the water volume of the water storage tank according to a preset algorithm. According to the invention, the water volume of the water storage tank under the dynamic liquid level condition can be accurately obtained in real time.
