According to the heat exchange water tank, the semiconductor refrigeration principle is utilized, temperature adjustment within the range of 15-39 DEG C is achieved, and the temperature adjustment time is shortened; and meanwhile, high-precision temperature control is achieved by combining a PID temperature control method, the method is suitable for the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation system, and the requirement for refrigeration of medical equipment during cardiac surgery is met.
