Abstract

The invention discloses a cavitation performance testing system for incoming flow containing gas of a vane pump. The system is mainly composed of a liquid medium circulation system (a main water tank, an inlet pipeline, a gas mixing device, an outlet pipeline, an exhaust water tank and a water return pipeline), a gas supply system (an air compressor, a gas surge tank and a gas inlet pipeline) and a pump section (a vane pump and a motor). A bottom outlet of the main water tank is connected to an inlet end of the vane pump through an inlet pipeline, the gas mixing device is mounted on the inlet pipeline and connected with the gas inlet pipeline, an outlet end of the vane pump is connected with an outlet pipeline, an outlet of the outlet pipeline is suspended at an opening of the exhaust water tank, and a bottom outlet of the exhaust water tank is connected to the upper portion of the main water tank through a water return pipeline. An open circulation loop is formed, the cavitation performance of the vane pump under the condition that incoming flow contains gas can be tested, and the system is simple in structure, convenient to operate and high in testing precision.
