The invention relates to a device for cooling and lubricating components of a vehicle, comprising: at least one housing; a lubricant sump; a coolant pump configured to convey coolant from the lubricant sump; a heat exchanger configured to cool the coolant conveyed by the coolant pump; and a coolant line system having a coolant reservoir, the coolant line system fluidically connecting the coolant pump at least to the heat exchanger and fluidically connecting the heat exchanger at least to the coolant reservoir, and wherein the coolant reservoir has a single coolant inlet for injecting coolant from the heat exchanger and a plurality of coolant outlets for spraying coolant from the coolant reservoir onto components in the housing that need to be cooled and lubricated.
