Abstract

The drill bit buffering device comprises a buffering piston, a piston sleeve and a lower cylinder body which are coaxially arranged, the front end of the buffering piston is sleeved with the piston sleeve, the rear end of the buffering piston is sleeved with the lower cylinder body, the periphery of the piston sleeve and the periphery of the lower cylinder body are sleeved with a flow distribution shell, and an impact piston sequentially penetrates through the lower cylinder body and the piston sleeve in the axial direction and then is connected with a bit shank. An annular buffering groove is formed in the side face of the inner circumference of the lower cylinder body and communicates with the high-pressure channel, a throttling section is arranged at the rear end of the buffering piston, and the diameter of the throttling section is gradually decreased from front to back in the axial direction. The variable cross-section throttling design is adopted, so that the stable buffering braking effect is achieved, the connecting screw is prevented from being damaged too early, and the overall reliability of the rock drill is improved.
