Abstract

The forming process of magnetic ferrite core with central column thinner than side feet and with small size error includes pressing the biscuit with two-way press into one with raised middle part, sintering, and twice grinding to reach the required size. The forming mold includes one upper mold with notched middle part and one lower mold with raised middle part. The present invention can solve the problem of deformation during sintering and size beyond requirement.
