Problems solved by technology

[0004] When the above-mentioned conventional high-frequency relay is mounted on the printed wiring board X, the fixed terminal D is fixed through the printed wiring board X, and the fixed terminal D as a high-frequency signal transmission path protrudes from the back, so it is inevitable that the printed wiring board cannot The through part and the protruding part on board X are shielded

Embodiment Construction

[0042] Refer to the following Figure 1 to Figure 5 A high frequency relay according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. in addition, figure 2 Coil 3 is omitted in .

[0043]1 is an iron core, which is made of magnetic material, and the leg parts at both ends are made into square magnetic pole parts 1a, 1b to make a roughly "U" shape, and it is wound at a part separated by two integrally formed coil bobbins 2. The coil 3 is wound to form an electromagnet 30a together with the coil 3 . The coil 3 is connected to a coil terminal 4 a integrally formed on the coil bobbin 2 .

[0044] 5 is a permanent magnet, which is made into a substantially flat plate and is magnetized at three points. Both ends 5a, 5b are S poles, and the slightly deviated position in the center is N poles. In this way, since the central position of the permanent magnet 5 is magnetized to the N pole, it becomes a monostable operation as will be described later. And the perman...

Abstract

A high-frequency relay, which has an electromagnet formed by winding a coil on an iron core, a fixed terminal connected to the outside, and a contact rod that is driven to contact and disengage from the fixed terminal, and is attracted and pushed by the iron core as the coil is excited. The armature is repulsed to generate the driving force of the contact rod, and has an external mounting surface. The contact rod is made into a plate shape and has a connecting and separating surface for contacting and separating from the fixed terminal. The contact rod is supported in an insulated state in such a state that the receiving surface thereof is substantially parallel to the mounting surface. A pair of metal shielding members is also provided for shielding the connecting portion between the contact rod and the fixed terminal, and the shielding members sandwich the contact rod from the direction perpendicular to the connecting and separating surface. The invention has high shielding property for high-frequency signal transmission path, few components and simple structure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-frequency relay for switching on and off high-frequency signals. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, such a high-frequency relay has a high-frequency relay disclosed in Shihei Publication No. 7-23877. its like Figure 16 As shown, it has an electromagnet C composed of a coil A wound on an iron core B, a fixed terminal D connected to the outside, and a contact rod (movable contact piece) E that is driven to contact and disengage from the fixed terminal. The driving force of the rod E is driven by the movable iron piece (armature) F that is attracted and repelled by the iron core along with the excitation of the coil A. [0003] Such as Figure 17 As shown, this relay has a mounting surface G mounted on a printed wiring board X, and in a state mounted on the printed wiring board X, the fixed terminal D passes through the printed wiring board X and protrudes from the back. Further, the high frequency relay is f...
