Abstract

The invention relates to a synchronizing method and device for CDMA communication system, and the method contains a difference correlation step, containing: subsequence correlation step that relates the data sequence received by UE with P subsequences of synchronous sequence generated by a descending synchronous code generator of the US; a difference combination step: multiplying the previous correlated subsequence by the next correlated subsequence and accumulating P-1 output sequences. The device contains; a descending synchronous code generator, a correlator unit, a multiframe combining circuit unit, and a peak value detector unit, where L output ends of the peak value detector connected with a comparer, the correlator unit is a difference correlator containing L difference correlator, each of which contains a sub-correlator and a difference combining circuit; and the input end of the sub-correlator is connected with the descending synchronous code generator.
