The present invention relates to a reformer and a fuel cell system using the same, the fuel cell system comprising: a reformer for producing hydrogen from a fuel containing hydrogen; at least one generator for passing between hydrogen and oxygen The electrochemical reaction of the electric energy is generated; the fuel supply unit is used to supply the fuel to the reformer; and the oxygen supply unit is used to supply oxygen to the reformer and the generator.
