Abstract

Provided is a fuel cell control system which can be controlled stably and effectively by allowing a constant concentration of fuel to be supplied to a fuel cell stack by using a heat exchanger. The fuel cell control system comprises a program stored in memory, and a processor combined with the memory for processing the program, wherein the processor receives the output voltage and the output current of a fuel cell stack, extracts the fuel concentration corresponding to the output voltage and the output current by using a stored look-up table, operating a heat exchanger installed at the neighbour of the pipe for connecting the outflow hole of a cathode of the fuel cell stack and a mixing device to cool the pipe with air if the extracted fuel concentration is higher than a reference fuel concentration, increases the condensation amount of the vapor passing through the pipe by a certain amount to reduce the concentration of the mixture fuel, and supplies the mixture fuel of lowered concentration to the fuel cell stack.
