Problems solved by technology

Although it has taken a step towards the combination of solar collectors and buildings, there are still problems that the glass tubes of vacuum tube solar collectors are in direct contact with the heated liquid, the glass is fragile and easy to explode, and it is unsafe to run on the wall. The combination of real solar collectors and buildings has not been realized
Moreover, the functions of most collectors are relatively single at present, which can only provide domestic water, but cannot provide indoor heating when the weather is cold.

Embodiment Construction

[0015]The specific implementation manner of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the front structure of Embodiment 1 of the hollow solar heat collecting wall provided by the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the longitudinal section structure of the hollow solar heat collecting wall shown in Fig. 1 . Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of the hollow solar collector wall shown in Figure 1. In order to show the installation of the plate collector on the metal truss, only two plate collectors and the metal truss are drawn in Figure 3, and the rest are Omit not drawn. Embodiment 1 provides a south facing window wall. It can be seen from the figure that the hollow solar heat collecting wall provided by the present invention consists of a metal truss 3, a light-transmitting outer wall 1 and an inner wall 2 to form a hollow wall frame, and two plate...

Abstract

The invention relates to a hollow solar heat-collection wall, belonging to building area, comprising metal truss, inner wall, transparent outer wall and N plate heat-pipe heat collectors. Collectors are set in the hollow wall comprising metal truss, inner wall, transparent outer wall and insulation layer. The collector comprises flat heat collecting plate, a first heat exchanger connected with it, a second heat exchanger, heat guide channel and fluid return channel. Water pipe passes through the first heat exchanger and the outer wall of water pipe at the in-out position is sealed with the heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger is near the inner wall. Insulation material is set between the flat heat collecting plate and the second heat exchanger, and among all plate heat collectors. After water pipes through all first heat exchangers of all plate heat collectors are connected with each other by connecting fittings, water inlet pipe is connected with cool water source. The water outlet pipe enters into water storage tank. The hollow solar heat-collection wall can supply hot water to user or heat the room according to the demand.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a non-load-bearing filling wall in the construction field, and relates to a hollow solar heat collecting wall. technical background [0002] With the development of the world's construction industry and solar energy application technology, building energy conservation and the integration of solar collectors and buildings have been brought up on the agenda. At present, some of the existing energy-saving building components add thermal insulation materials to the building components to reduce their thermal conductivity to increase their thermal insulation performance; or set cold bridges in the solid walls to prevent heat transfer. These are passive components. Energy-saving, they can only reduce the amount of indoor heat transmitted to the outside, and cannot absorb solar energy and convert it into heat energy. At present, the research on the integration of solar collectors and buildings has also made some progress. There are m...
