Benefits of technology

[0004]The objective of the present invention is to provide a crack seal repairing method capable of preventing cracking and separation of the repairing material.
[0005]The objective of the present invention is achieved by designing a construction method for sealingly repairing cracks on the road, capable of preventing cracking and separation of the repairing material.
[0006]a. coating a solvent capable of interfusing with asphalt and dust on cracks to improve the caking property between seal repairing materials and the cracks;
[0009]In the construction method for preventing cracking after repair according to the present invention, the solvent coated on the cracks is capable of interfusing with loose dust and asphalt on the crack surfaces so that the seal repairing material is fully bonded to the crack surfaces, thereby preventing the seal repairing material from separating from the crack surfaces. In addition, the scattered high-intensity fibers are crossed with the trends of the cracks, and the seal repairing material is bonded to and interfused with the high-intensity fibers having properties of crack resistance, tension resistance, and pressure resistance, and form a flexible seal repairing layer having good expansibility, low-temperature cracking resistance, and crack prevention capabilities. In this way, the sealingly repaired cracks are prevented from cracking again.

Problems solved by technology

Cracks occur on roads and bridges due to various reasons.
If these cracks are not timely treated and sealingly repaired, after rainwater flows into the cracks, the roads and bridges will be damaged more quickly under pressure of fully-loaded vehicles.
This shortens life cycle of the roads and bridges.
However, in the cases of pressure from loaded vehicles, weather changes, and crack expansion, the repairing materials such as the asphalt sealing the cracks tend to aged, break, crack, even separate from the cracks, and consequently water flows into the cracks, causing damages to the roads and bridges.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a construction method for repairing cracks (1), comprising the following steps: i) coating a solvent (2) capable of interfusing with asphalt and dust to improve the caking property between the seal repairing material and cracks (1); ii) scattering high-intensity fibers (3) with suitable length and size in diameter, usually less than 1 mm on the cracks (1), wherein longitudinal directions of most fibers (3) are crossed with the trends of the cracks (1), and lapped with each other or form a reticular structure; iii) pouring asphalt or macromolecule glue into the cracks (1), or adhering a strip repairing material (4) onto the cracks (1), whereby the fibers (3) are bonded to the seal repairing material automatically. The construction method enables the repairing material to be bonded to and interfused with the fibers (3), achieving a repairing effect with excellent expansibility and low-temperature resistance.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION[0001]The present invention relates to a construction method for preventing cracks after repair.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0002]Cracks occur on roads and bridges due to various reasons. If these cracks are not timely treated and sealingly repaired, after rainwater flows into the cracks, the roads and bridges will be damaged more quickly under pressure of fully-loaded vehicles. This shortens life cycle of the roads and bridges.[0003]The cracks need to be sealingly repaired to prevent water from flowing into the cracks. Although various construction methods are available for sealing cracks, for example, pouring asphalt into the cracks, or coating asphalt on the crack surfaces, or adhering strip repairing material on the crack surfaces. All these methods can seal the cracks and prevent rainwater from flowing into the cracks. However, in the cases of pressure from loaded vehicles, weather changes, and crack expansion, the repairing materials such as the asphalt se...
