Benefits of technology

The present invention introduces a packaging carton that reduces material costs, which in turn benefits reducing product costs. The packaging carton includes a container with bottom and corner buffering pads that provide excellent buffering performance. However, the base of the carton, which is made from material with poor buffering performance, is arranged on the outermost of the bottom and corner buffering pads. This arrangement allows the corner buffering pads to directly withhold the workload while the base is indirectly withholding the workload. This reduces the cost of the packaging carton and ultimately the cost of the final product.

Problems solved by technology

However, the PP is quite expensive, and is not beneficial for cost reduction for the final product.

Embodiment Construction

[0025]Detailed description will be given with the accompanied drawings.

[0026]Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3 which are a perspective and exploded view of a packaging carton made in accordance with the present invention; and a perspective and exploded view of a packaging carton with the bottom assembled completely, respectively.

[0027]As shown in Figures, the packaging carton 20 includes a container 21 and a top lid 22. The container 21 includes a base 211, a bottom buffering, pad 211, and a corner buffering pad 213. The base 211 is defined with a receiving space 23 for receiving a workload therein. The base 211 can be implemented into a drawer configuration. Alternatively, the base 211 can be configured by assembling different parts made from engineering plastic. In general, the engineering plastic parts may have two. In the present embodiment, the base 211 is inherited with a first buffering property. In addition, the base 211 is located at outmost peripheral and which does not in contac...

Abstract

The present provides a packaging carton, wherein the packaging carton includes a container. The container includes a base defining a receiving space. A bottom buffering pad is disposed on a bottom surface of the receiving space. A corner buffering pad is arranged in corner of the receiving space, and is dimensioned to match with corner of a workload. Wherein the base, the bottom buffering pad, and the corner buffering pad are inherited with a first buffering property, a second buffering property, and a third buffering property, respectively, wherein the second and third buffering properties are better than the first buffering property. With this, the present invention can effectively reduce the cost of the packaging carton, and which in turn reduce the cost of the product.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION[0001]The present invention relates to a technical field of packaging, and more particularly to a packaging carton.[0002]The existing processes for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device generally includes the following steps:[0003]Primary Array process: in this process, the whole array substrate and color filter substrate are manufactured.[0004]Intermediate Cell Process: in the process, the array substrate and the color filter substrate are married or assembled together, filling with liquid crystal, and then cutting into panels of pre-determined dimensions.[0005]Post Module Process: in this process, those panels will be further incorporated with other vital components, such as the backlight module, the circuits, and frame so as to complete the manufacturing of the liquid crystal display device.[0006]However, once the panels is prepared with pre-determined dimensions, the panels have to be properly packed into storage boxes so as to deliver to an assembl...
