This application provides a method and
system for managing construction site accident hazards based on the
Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), relating to the field of IIoT technology. The method includes: determining a set of key
hazard management characteristic parameters; determining a preset
risk assessment threshold that meets the requirements of the
construction industry; configuring a correction coefficient for the preset
risk assessment threshold based on factors such as
workload intensity, equipment aging, and the accumulation trend of site hazards, and setting a dynamic constraint mechanism for hazards in conjunction with the set of key
hazard management characteristic parameters; and simultaneously verifying the accident
hazard investigation and analysis parameters based on the dynamic constraint mechanism and the on-site safety intervention mechanism, outputting a construction site accident
hazard control strategy. This application solves the technical problem in existing technologies where static and isolated hazard assessment standards are severely out of
sync with the dynamic and complex working conditions of construction sites, leading to untimely hazard identification and further affecting the efficiency of accident
hazard control. It achieves timely hazard identification and improves the efficiency of accident
hazard control.
