The invention belongs to the technical field of building material preparation, and particularly relates to strain hardening ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof, the strain hardening ultra-high performance concrete comprises the following components: a low-heat cementing material, a reinforced modified polymer, machine-made sand, steel fiber, water and a water reducing agent; the reinforced modified polymer is prepared by mixing 87-94 wt% of a polymer emulsion, 5-10 wt% of a carboaluminate seed crystal and 1-3 wt% of a silane coupling agent, grinding, and spray-drying. According to the ultra-high-performance concrete, the reinforced modified polymer, the low-heat cementing material, the steel fibers and the like are synergistically matched, so that the ultra-high-performance concrete shows the tensile strain hardening characteristic on the basis of low fiber mixing amount and no change of the original strength performance, and a new technical approach is developed for strain hardening of the ultra-high-performance concrete.
