The invention relates to a preparation method and application of an anti-tumor vaccine based on cell microvesicles and aims to effectively solve problems in preparation of anti-tumor vaccines high inyield, good in universality, strong in killing effect on tumor cells and capable of controlling tumors by improving tumor microenvironments, repairing an immune system and enhancing anti-tumor immuneresponse of organisms. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing tumor cell microvesicles loaded with immunomodulators and connecting the surfaces of the microvesicles with adjuvant-loaded liposome to stably form the anti-tumor vaccine. Composition for preventing and curing pneumoconiosis and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a composition for preventing pneumoconiosis and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition is prepared from cordyceps militaris, frosted mulberry leaves, tea polyphenols, gingkgo, fructus monordicae extracts, barbary wolfberry fruits, peach kernels, apricot kernels, and malto dextrin, and the preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) soaking the gingkgo, barbary wolfberry fruits, frosted mulberry leaves, peach kernels and apricot kernels in water; (2) heating the soaked materials to be boiling, leaching, then carrying out flocculation precipitation on leach liquor, and concentrating a supernatant fluid into a thick paste; (3) continuously adding water into the rest materials, heating and leaching; (4)mixing and concentrating the two-time extracts into a thick paste, carrying out vacuum drying and then crushing; (5) sieving the extract, and fully mixing with the cordyceps militaris nano powder, malto dextrin, tea polyphenols and fructus monordicae extracts; and (6) fully mixing the extract with the mixture to be uniform, mixing with alcohol, and palletizing. The composition has an obvious free radical scavenging action, reduces ceruloplasmin, obviously restrains pneumoconiosis fibrosis, and greatly improves the respiratory symptoms of patients with pneumoconiosis.
