The application discloses a radiofrequency
catheter capable of clamping tissues, which comprises a
handle assembly, an inner tube, a distal
electrode assembly, a proximal
electrode assembly and an outer tube arranged in sequence from inside to outside; the proximal ends of the inner tube and the outer tube are connected to the
handle assembly; the distal
electrode assembly comprises a distal
stent and a distal electrode; the proximal electrode assembly comprises a proximal
stent and a proximal electrode; the distal
stent and the proximal stent both have a retracted state of being retracted into the outer tube and an unfolded state of being unfolded and expanded outward after being extended out of the outer tube; when the distal stent and the proximal stent are both in the unfolded state, the distal stent and the proximal stent can clamp the
atrial septum tissue on opposite sides of the
atrial septum tissue; the distal electrode and the proximal electrode are firmly attached to the
atrial septum tissue; during
radiofrequency ablation, the distal electrode and the proximal electrode are electrified, the heat
ablation effect on the atrial septum tissue is more obvious, and the
deep tissue of the atrial septum is necrotic after heat
ablation, which helps to
delay the closure of the shunt hole and makes the patient benefit for a long time.
