lithium battery core
slurry preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of
lithium batteries. The preparation method comprises a positive electrodeslurry preparation technology: mixing
lithium hydroxide with
manganite and
grinding, then putting the ground mixture into a resistance furnace for calcining for 5-10h at the temperature of 450-500 DEGC, then warming to 680-800 DEG C for calcining, keeping the temperature for 8h at the temperature of 500-600 DEG C, thus acquiring a calcined product, and
grinding the calcined product into
powder for standby; putting a positive
electrode conductive agent into an oven for
drying; adding a binder and a
solvent into a power mixer, stirring at a middle speed, then adding into the positive electrodeconductive agent and
silicone oil and stirring at the middle speed, adding the calcined product
powder and vacuumizing, stirring at a high speed, and thus acquiring positive
electrode slurry; and preparing negative
electrode slurry. According to the method provided by the invention, the cost of positive active material of the
lithium battery is reduced by 2-3 times, the slurry can be quickly dispersed uniformly by adding the
silicone oil into the slurry, the slurry preparation process is quickened, the
energy density of the
lithium battery is improved, and the
energy density is up to 184Wh / kg.
