This invention discloses a gas
ball valve with automatic shut-off function for
gas leak detection, relating to the field of gas ball valves. Addressing the problems of existing gas ball valves having limited functionality, lacking
gas leak detection, failing to provide timely feedback on gas leaks, and exhibiting low safety, this invention proposes the following solution: It includes a
ball valve protective tube body, within which a valve ball is disposed. A first
valve stem is mounted on the top of the valve ball. A detection frame is mounted on the side of the first
valve stem away from the valve ball. A second
valve stem is mounted on the side of the detection frame away from the first valve stem. A rotating
handle is mounted on the side of the second valve stem away from the detection frame. A threaded rotating rod is mounted inside the valve ball body. This invention features a novel structure, is easy to use, provides thorough
gas leak detection with high accuracy and good detection effect, and promptly shuts off the gas
ball valve upon gas leak, thus improving the safety of the gas ball valve.
