Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for growing textured titanium dioxide membrane on the titanium substrate. Said method includes the following steps: cleaning titanium foil substrate, placing the cleaned titanium foil substrate into titanium dioxide suspension, using impregnation lift-pulling process to make titanium dioxide powder be deposited on the titanium foil substrate, then placing it into alkaline solution, under the sealed condition retaining at least for 15hr. at 110-130deg.C, cooling, washing by using deionized water and drying so as to obtain the invented product.
