Abstract

The invention relates to a fuse circuit, which relates to a device in which multiple fuses share a single programming device. The fuse circuit of the present invention includes more than one one-time programmable electronic fuses coupled in parallel to each other, a programming device coupled to the fuses, and a selection module coupled to the fuses to select a given fuse, wherein according to the selection module A selection is issued, and a programming voltage is applied to induce a programming current through the given fuse.
