Embodiment Construction

[0031] 1A and 1B are schematic diagrams of a separable binocular visual evoked potential system. It includes a binocular dichotomy device 1 and a multi-focal visual electrophysiological system with a double graphic stimulator. The binocular split-vision device 1 is an optical system aimed at realizing binocular split-vision. The multi-focal visual electrophysiological system with dual graphic stimulator includes dual graphic stimulator 2, electrode 3 for extracting signals, biological signal amplifier 4, data acquisition card 5 and computer systems 6 and 7 for data analysis and processing. Under the control of the computer system, checkerboard images can be generated on the dual graphics stimulator, and the two eyes can be stimulated separately through the binocular split vision device, and then the mixed electrophysiological signals generated by the two eyes can be extracted with electrodes, and the biosignal The amplifier is amplified, and the data is collected and stored i...

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of medical electronics, and is especially system and method for separating binocular vision evoked potentials (VEP). The system includes one binocular vision separating device and one multi-focus vision electrophysiological system with double figure stimulator. The double figure stimulator stimulates both the right and the left eyes through the binocular vision separating device to generate mixed electrophysiological signal, which is extracted with the electrodes, amplified with the biosignal amplifier and converted in the data acquisition unit into digital signal fed to the computer for analysis and treatment. By means of fast M conversion, are realized the separation of the VEP in different areas, the separation of the binocular VEP and the design of competitive inhibition ratio index for the diagnosis of monocular amblyopia. The present invention is used in the early diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of monocular amblyopia.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical electronics. In particular, it relates to a system for separating binocular visual evoked potentials (VEP), which can be used for the diagnosis of monocular amblyopia. Background technique [0002] Amblyopia is a common ophthalmic disease. According to the statistics of foreign scholars, the prevalence of amblyopia is 1.3%-3% of preschool and school-age children, and 2%-2.5% of the general population has amblyopia. According to the 1985 census in my country, the incidence of amblyopia in children was 2.83%. Amblyopia not only causes low vision and no stereo vision, but also causes difficulties in life in severe cases. [0003] At present, the commonly used method for checking amblyopia is the eye chart examination, but the eye chart examination is relatively subjective and requires the cooperation of the examinee. It cannot be checked for patients who are too young, and children often miss the best treatm...
