SMVP is in use for storing signing info of VAS user in this service area, synchronizing user's signing symbol to short message service center (SMSC) user belongs to, and taking in charge of priority for processing each VAS, and implementing VAS. The signing info is in use for recording user's detailed signing record, and signing symbol of service records whether user has signed calling and called service. The invention also discloses method for processing short message value added service (SMVAS). Doing one time of modification, the invention makes SMSC support each class of SMVAS.
