The process is carried out by mixing lithium salt with organic solvent in proportion of 0.1-0.01, adding into PEO in proportion of 0.01-0.25:1, mixing filler with organic solvent, laying aside, mixing blend 1 with blend 2, pouring it into mold, drying and forming.
