Benefits of technology

This new method allows for producing high-quality water plants by reducing their power usage compared to traditional methods that require much more expensive chemicals or equipment. It also makes it easier to produce larger quantities at once without requiring significant investment costs.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes various ways to reduce greenhouse gases emissions from crops grown at sea due to environmental factors like overfishing and lack of fertilizers during cultivating operations. Current solutions involve burning up these sources, resulting in negative side effects including soil erosion, groundwater contamination, fisheries damaging wildlife habitations, increased risk of diseases associated therewith, and threatening public safety concerns through unconventional disposers containing valuable substances called phytosanines. There is currently no feasive solution available for efficiently treating aquarium weeds without affecting beneficial microorganisms found within them.

Embodiment 1

[0019] 1) Cut the collected fresh water hyacinth into small pieces, and blanch them in an aqueous solution with an ethoxyquin mass percentage concentration of 0.001% and a temperature of 100°C for 0.1 minutes;

[0020] 2) Add ethoxyquin and propionic acid to the sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 0.1% by mass, so that the mass percentage concentration of antioxidant is 0.001% and the mass percentage concentration of preservative is 3%. Put the water hyacinth after bleaching into it, cooling and osmotic dehydration for 10 hours; then homogenize with a high-pressure homogenizer for 10 minutes to make pulp;

[0021] 3) Filter the filter press obtained in step 2), dry the filter cake with a belt dryer to a water content of less than 15%, measure and package to obtain dry aquatic plant powder, and return the filtrate to step 2) for recycling.

Embodiment 2

[0023] 1) Cut the collected fresh Potamogeton crispus, blanch it in an aqueous solution with a concentration of 5% by mass of di-tert-butylhydroxytoluene and a temperature of 45°C for 10 minutes;

[0024] 2) Add di-tert-butyl hydroxytoluene and sorbic acid to a sodium acetate solution with a concentration of 20% by mass, so that the mass percentage of antioxidant is 5% and the mass percentage of preservative is 0.001%. Put the water hyacinth after blanching and blanching into it, cooling and osmotic dehydration for 10 hours; then homogenizing with a high-shear emulsifier for 2 minutes to make pulp;

[0025] 3) Filter the filter press obtained in step 2), and dry the filter cake with a tunnel dryer to a moisture content of less than 10%. After measuring and packaging, the dried pottery grass powder is obtained, and the filtrate is returned to step 2) for recycling.

Embodiment 3

[0027] 1) Chop the collected water lotus and blanch it in an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.05% propyl gallate and a temperature of 60°C for 2 minutes;

[0028] 2) Add propyl gallate and benzoic acid to a calcium chloride aqueous solution with a concentration of 5% by mass, so that the mass percentage of antioxidant is 1% and the mass percentage of preservative is 2%. Throw the bleached water lotus into it, cool and osmotic dehydration for 3 hours; then homogenize it with a high-shear emulsifier for 2 minutes to make pulp;

[0029] 3) The filter cake obtained in step 2) is filtered or centrifuged, the filter cake is dried, metered, and packaged to obtain dry lotus powder, and the filtrate is returned to step 2) for recycling.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of the dry powder of aquatic plants. fresh aquatic plants collected are cut into pieces, scalded and potched to be deactivated, dehydrated through permeation, pulped, filtered, dried, measured and packed, thus dry powder of aquatic plants is obtained.. The preparation method can be carried out in moderate conditions with low energy consumption and suitability for mass industrial production. Compared with the prior preparation method of the dry powder of aquatic plants, the invention has the advantages of stable quality of products, the preservation of the original flavor, colour, lustre and nutrition. The products can replace entirely or partly plant proteins such as maize, soybean meal, alfalfa powder and can be utilized as the feeding stuff for livestock, poultry and fisheries, which provides feasible measures to develop feeding stuff, brings a solution to the problem of water pollution and has promising economic and social benefits.
