The magnetic-energy converter comprises a high-temperature sticker and at least one magnet ring positioned outside the high-temperature sticker. Wherein, the high-temperature sticker is provided with an air intake that is connected with the decomposition bin. The invention can thoroughly decompose organic-compound waste including medical waste and domestic waste. The invention has advantages of energy-saving, no smoke, no open flame and lower temperature.
