The invention relates to automatic control technical field, in particular to an electric motor protection breaker, which is characterized in which the breaker and a protector are connected and combined into a novel electric motor protection breaker on the base of the prior breaker structure. The protector is provided with a phase power inlet wire terminator, a zero line inlet wire terminator, and a zero line outlet wire terminator, and further provided with a panel. The panel is provided with a current commutation regulation resistance revolving button, a reset button and a function shifting switch, a button escaper transmission dialing pole on the protector is inserted into a breaker button escaping hole. The protector is divided into a three-phase protector and a single-phase protector, thus forming the electric motor three-phase protection breaker and the single-phase protection breaker. The protector has similar shape with the breaker, wherein the guide rail fixing sizes are same. The invention has high accuracy and high stability, thereby being applicable to protection of various electric motors and other devices.
