Problems solved by technology

As shown in FIG. 3, since the common voltage Vcom used in the dot inversion operation of the prior art liquid crystal display device is a direct current voltage (DC), the positive polarity gray-scale voltages VGP0-VGP63 and the negative polarity gray-scale voltage VGN0 -The voltage swing between VGN63 is quite large, so it consumes considerable power during the switching process of positive and negative gray scale voltages
In addition, the components used in the driving circuit of the liquid crystal display device must be high-voltage resistant components, that is, the liquid crystal display device must be manufactured using the process of producing high-voltage components, resulting in high production costs

Abstract

The invention relates to a liquid crystal display device based on point reversion operation, comprising a plurality of data wires, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of common electrode wires and a plurality of pixel units, wherein, each pixel unit comprises a data switch and a storage capacitance; the data switch of each pixel unit is coupled to a corresponding data wire, a corresponding gate line and the storage capacitance of the same pixel unit; the storage capacitance of each pixel unit is coupled to a storage capacitance of a corresponding pixel unit at the opposite angle through a corresponding common electrode wire. The liquid crystal display device can write a plurality of low-voltage data signals of dissimilar polarities into a plurality of pixel units on the basis of dissimilar common voltage, and then point reversion operation can be performed on low grey scale voltage. The liquid crystal display device can use low voltage resistant elements to reduce the cost, reduces the polarity switch frequency of output data signals of the data wires and further reduces the operation power consumption of the liquid crystal display device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a liquid crystal display device, especially a liquid crystal display device based on dot inversion operation. Background technique [0002] Liquid crystal display devices have the characteristics of light and thin appearance, low power consumption, and no radiation pollution, so they have been widely used in electronic products such as computer screens, mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and flat-screen TVs. A liquid crystal display device usually has a liquid crystal material layer sandwiched between two substrates. By changing the potential difference between the two ends of the liquid crystal material layer, the rotation angle of the liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal material layer can be changed, so that the light transmittance of the liquid crystal material layer can be changed. Instead, different images are displayed. [0003] Generally speaking, the polarity of the voltage applied across the...
