The invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition which is characterized in that the composition is determined as follows by dose-effect relationship experiment, pharmacodynamic screening, verification experiment, pharmacokinetic experiment and toxicological experiment: 1 to 10 parts by weight of lithospermate A of danshen root and 1 to 40 parts by weight of total saponins of membranous milkvetch root, 1 to 5 parts by weight of lithospermate A of danshen root and 20 to 40 parts by weight of total saponins of membranous milkvetch root; 6 to 10 parts by weight of lithospermate A of danshen root and 1 to 19 parts by weight of total saponins of membranous milkvetch root are preferential; the invention further discloses detection and analysis methods and purposes of the pharmaceutical composition and a preparation thereof; and the pharmacological experiments show that the pharmaceutical composition of the invention has excellent pharmacological effects.
