The compositions in portion by weight of the biological diesel are: 30 to 45 portions of oleyl alcohol, 30 to 45 portions of heavy hydrocarbon, 20 to 30 portions of vegetable oil, 0.1 to 1 portions of peroxide, 0.05 to 0.1 portions of sulphonate, and 1 to 6 portions of water, wherein, the heavy hydrocarbon is hydrocarbon between C17 and C23, the vegetable oil is colza oil, groundnut oil or bean oil, the oxide is peroxide with a molecular weight between 30 and 100, the water content of the oleyl alcohol is on more than 10 percent, the peroxide is TBPO, hyperis or acetone hydrogen peroxide, and the vegetable oil is colza oil, rice oil, groundnut oil or bean oil.
