Abstract

A pollution system comprises a heater, a cooler, a photoelectric circulation pool, a sulfuric acid storing bottle, a potassium permanganate storing bottle, a constant flow injection pump, a peristaltic pump, two sampling six-way conversion valves and a flow loading tee conversion valve which are connected into a system through capillary pipes. The sapling valve is provided with a sample quantitative ring and a potassium permanganate quantitative ring. The output end of the photoelectric circulation pool is connected with a capillary dorsal press pipe. Flow channels are switched through the conversion valves by the system. Quantitative water sample and potassium permanganate reagent are respectively switched into the continuously flowing loading solution. The processes of mixing, heating, reacting, cooling, photoelectric detecting, and the like of a sample with the reagent are finished in the continuously flowing process. The detection result is obtained. Instant analyzing data are obtained conveniently and rapidly. The system is applied to the timing or random online monitoring of the permanganate index of source water of rivers and water factories or industrial emission water, etc.
