Abstract

The invention discloses a device which utilizes josephson junction to detect terahertz signal spectrums, the main improvement is that first, the device utilizes a mini refrigerator to replace a liquid nitrogen vessel in the original system to refrigerate, second, a current supply which is controlled by voltage is formed by a scanning voltage module in a DSP system and an external voltage-current conversion circuit to replace a current bias circuit of josephson junction in the original system, and third, a lock-in amplifier and a digital multimeter in the original system are replaced by a DSP data collecting and processing system. The device adopts an improved DSP technique, which integrates the main functions of the generation of sweep signals, the automatic measurement control, the lock-in amplifier and the like, thereby greatly reducing the volume of the device, lowering the production cost, and achieving the intellectualization and the miniaturization of the device.
