The proposal is that: 1g acanthopanax extractum and 1ml fluid schisandra chinensis extractum by proportion are adopted in; the preparation process is that: (1) the acanthopanax extractum is heated to 40 DEG C-60 DEG C and diluted by water which is 0.8-1.2 times the total weight of extractum; (2) the fluid schisandra chinensis extractum is added to the solution prepared in step (1) and fully mixed; (3) ethanol is added till the ethanol accounts for 75-85 percent of the solution, fully mixed and the solution is settled for 30-40h; the supernatant is taken and the ethanol is recovered and concentrated into a clean extractum witha density of 1.25; (4) dextrin which is 0.6-0.7 time the total weight of the clean extractum and the mixture is dried and prepared into particles which are then packaged into capsules to obtain the hard capsule.
