Ultrasonic and microwave dual-assistance is applied to purification of eleutheroside, so that the adsorption selectivity for eleutheroside is good, adsorption and desorption are fast, and the adsorption capacity is larger. Extraction is convenient and fast, the production cost is low, the separation effect is obvious, the extraction purity is high, 90% or higher of eleutheroside can be obtained, and the defects of relatively low conventional extraction rate and low extraction purity are overcome. Polyamide resin adsorption chromatography with stable physical and chemical properties, larger surface area, higher exchange speed, high mechanical strength, high anti-pollution capacity and good thermal stability is adopted, selectivity to organic matter is better, influence of existence of inorganic salts and strong ionic low molecular compounds is avoided, and morin can be adsorbed selectively from the solution by physical adsorption. The method has the advantages of fast adsorption, fast desorption and larger adsorption capacity.
