The invention discloses a method for producing
eleutheroside E and
oleanolic acid by utilizing microbial
fermentation, relates to the technical field of microbial
fermentation, and aims to solve the problems that
plant resources are damaged and the environment is polluted by the conventional method for obtaining the
eleutheroside E and the
oleanolic acid. The method comprises the following steps: 1, culturing activated
pantoea agglomerans HASX4 to obtain a seed solution, carrying out enlarged culture, and collecting a
fermentation solution; 2, eluting the fermentation liquor through a
macroporous resin column, and collecting eluent; carrying out
silica gel column chromatography separation, collecting an eluent, collecting components with the same secondary metabolites, merging, and carrying out recrystallization treatment to obtain the
eleutheroside E; 3, carrying out vacuum concentration and extraction on the fermentation liquor, combining extract liquor, carrying out
silica gel column chromatography separation, collecting eluent, and collecting components which are the same as secondary metabolites to obtain a crude product; and carrying out
silica gel column chromatography separation, collecting the eluent, merging the same components, and carrying out recrystallization treatment for multiple times to obtain the
oleanolic acid. The method is used for producing eleutheroside E and oleanolic acid through microbial fermentation.
