Abstract

The weight portions of main raw materials of the coating are: 20 to 50 portions of water-soluble polymer emulsion, 20 to 50 portions of chitosan-acetic acid solution, 10 to 50 portions of coating-type long-afterglow luminescent powder, 0.2 to 1.0 portion of dispersant, 0.2 to 1.0 portion of thickener, 1.0 to 3.0 portions of film-forming additive and 0.1 to 0.3 portion of antifoaming agent. The luminescent coating which adopts the coating-type long-afterglow luminescent powder can ensure the long-term stable uniform distribution of the long-afterglow luminescent powder in water borne coating. The long-afterglow luminescent powder are bonded into a surface coating material polymer through chemical bonding action, which not only effectively improves the hydrolysis stability of the luminescent powder, but also further solves the deficiencies that inorganic luminescent powder is easy to precipitate and lose effectiveness in the water borne luminescent coating. In addition, the water borne luminescent coating has mildewproof and bactericidal effects, and the application range of the water borne luminescent coating is expanded.
