The forming method of the automobile generator claw pole comprises the steps: cutting material, heating, upsetting, annealing, shot blasting, direct-extrusion and finishing, fine turning and processing, and the like. The forming method is characterized in that: the method also comprises two steps of a divided-flow direct-extrusion hot pre-forging and a return-flow direct-extrusion hot finish forging which are between the steps of upsetting and annealing and realized by a hot pre-forging die and a hot finish forging die respectively. With novel conception, the automobile generator claw pole produced with the forming method is free of flash and burrs and has high forming quality of the six claws as well as clear and full edges and corners. Meanwhile, the forming method has the advantages of low forming loads, long service life of dies, low energy consumption in production and saving production materials and production time.
