The invention discloses an error compensating method for a positioning system based on a dual-rotation laser plane transmitter network. The method provides a compensating algorithm model and designs a parameter estimation algorithm, and the main implementation steps include: (1) marking the parameter; (2) collecting compensating data; (3) collecting angle data of the point to be measured; and (4) compensating measuring equation error.
