Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacture method of multicolor specular transparent injection molding pieces. The method includes the following steps of: (1) adopting a common specular injection mold for injection and obtaining a specular transparent injection molding piece; (2) adopting a positioning fixture to clamp the injection molding piece; (3) painting and coloring the set surface of the injection molding piece according to design requirements; (4) after the painting, dismantling the positioning fixture; and (5) repeating the steps from (2) to (4) and sequentially painting and coloring the set surface of the molding until the processing procedure is finished. By adopting common injection equipment and the common specular transparent injection mold, the invention obtains the transparent injection molding piece through injection, then installs the positioning fixture on the injection molding piece and sequentially implements batch painting and coloring process on the surfaces of the injection molding pieces according to product requirements, so as to lead the injection molding piece to be completely compared favorably with the two-colored specular injection molding piece produced by direction injection in the appearance texture, visual effect and the like. The production technique has the advantages of short production period, low process requirement, easy debugging, low manufacture cost and the applicability to producing multicolor injection molding pieces.
