Problems solved by technology

The size of the constant thrust on the propeller determines the operating performance of the boat. The pulsating thrust of the propeller has no obvious contribution to the operation of the boat, but this pulsating thrust will be transmitted to the hull through the thrust bearing, causing the hull to vibrate. Vibration and acoustic stealth performance of the boat have a significant impact
[0004] At present, in order to reduce the thrust pulsation of the propeller, methods such as optimizing the structure of the propeller and using various damping devices at the thrust bearing have been used, but the effect achieved is very limited

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for actively controlling thrust pulse of a boat propeller. The method and the device are characterized in that an axial thrust or axial vibration measuring system arranged on a boat propeller shaft system is used to measure the pulse of axial thrust of the boat propeller or the size of axial vibration of the propeller shaft system; according to the pulse of axial thrust of the boat propeller or the size of axial vibration of the propeller shaft system, a thrust pulse controller works out the size of controlling force which needs to be exerted on the boat propeller shaft system and is used for removing thrust pulse; a signal of the thrust pulse controller is amplified through a power amplifier; and the needed axial controlling force is generated on the boat propeller shaft system through a noncontact type electromagnetic force actuator arranged on the boat propeller shaft system so as to control and compensate the thrust pulse of the boat propeller, thereby achieving the aim of reducing the influence of the thrust pulse of the boat propeller on boat vibration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method and device for reducing the influence of propeller thrust pulsation on the vibration of the ship body, in particular to a method and device for actively controlling and compensating the propeller thrust pulsation of a ship, which belongs to ship vibration and acoustic stealth technology category. Background technique [0002] At present, all kinds of boats basically use the principle that the propeller is driven by the main engine, and the axial thrust is generated by the interaction between the propeller and the water during the rotation process. The shaft from the propeller to the thrust bearing is usually called the propulsion shafting. The axial thrust generated by the propeller is transmitted to the thrust bearing through the propulsion shafting, and then transmitted to the hull to push the boat forward. Due to various reasons, there is obvious thrust pulsation in the axial thrust generated by the propeller, and...
