The weight percentage formula of the raw material is: on the basis of 7.8% of raw material coal gangue, 90.8% of low-grade limestone, and 1.4% of ferrous raw material sulfuric acid slag, the raw material coal gangue, low-grade limestone, and ferrous raw material sulfuric acid slag are mixed in excess 3.2% by total weight of low grade limestone. Grinding to make the raw meal fineness: 80μm sieve <10%, then grinding in a ball mill to make raw meal powder, and calcining in a dry rotary kiln at 1400-1450°C to form cement clinker. Abstract
The present invention discloses a method for producing cement clinker. The method comprises the following steps: preparing and milling crude materials; and then calcining the crude materials in a dry-process rotary kiln to form the cement clinker. The crude materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 3 to 8 percent of coal slack, 90 to 95 percent of low grade limestone, and 1 to 2 percent of iron material. If the total weight of the crude materials is counted as 100 percent, 3 to 8 percent of low grade limestone is added excessively. The method adopts the excessive matching process engineering so as to reasonably match the minerals of the crude materials, and have the effect of quality improvement and consumption reduction. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of easily obtained cheap raw materials, easily mastered raw materials preparation, simple process, obvious energy conservation and yield improvement, and the like. The raw material cost is reduced relatively by above 5 percent.
