The invention relates to a squirrel-cage asynchronism high-temperature superconducting generator, which comprises a fixed stator and a squirrel-cage rotor which rotates in the stator; the rotor comprises two rotor end rings and a rotor copper rod which is positioned between the two rotor end rings and deposited with a YBCO high-temperature superconducting coat. The structure of the generator causes that the superconducting generator can be used in some occasions needing an AC asynchronous generator, thus enlarging the serviceable range of the superconducting generator. As the high-temperaturesuperconducting generator has universal characteristics, compared with the common generator, the high-temperature superconducting generator has smaller volume, weight, and higher efficiency.
