The invention is characterized in that when the downwell pump plunger slows down because of soft blocking, the pumping unit operates normally in upward stroke. In downward stroke, the vibrator sleeve and two-stage weighted lever operate downwards continuously. The vibrator central shaft, one-stage weighted lever and plunger piston are fixed. The upper sleeve and two-stage weighted lever generate hammer action to the central shaft and one-stage weighted lever. Simultaneously the weight of two-stage weighted lever participates therein for generating a boosting function which overcomes the friction force between the plunger piston and pump barrel for block releasing. The soft blocking self-releasing technique of the invention has the characteristics of quick blocking releasing and reliable action.
