Abstract

The invention discloses a large capacity temperature equalizing energy saving roller kiln, which comprises an ultra-wide kiln body and a roller rod, which is characterized by further comprising an energy saving tube platen system and temperature equalizing apparatus, wherein the energy saving tube platen system comprises an upper tube platen tube group and a lower tube platen tube group, and the temperature equalizing apparatus comprises a temperature equalizing roller rod, a left and a right metal round disk, a left and a right bearing and a handle. The invention further comprises a long and short flame combustion system having a long flame nozzle and a short flame nozzle staggeringly disposed in space and a kiln furnace sealing system disposed at the junction position of a quenching section and a sintering section. According to the invention, heat capacity of the cross section is increased by increasing height and inner width of the under-roller-cross section; yield is enhanced by increasing the inner width of the kiln to increase product capacity; the kiln temperature is better equalized by staggeringly arranging the long and short flame nozzles in space and a temperature equalizer; and waste heat grading utilization of the cooling belt is realized by the heat exchange between the cold air in the tube platen tube and the hot air in the kiln of the energy saving tube platen system so as to enhance the effect of heat exchanging and cooling.
