Abstract

The fiber mesh plastic board adopts extrusion technology; a reinforced plastic board produced by the continuous fiber meshes significantly improves the performance of composite materials; boards can be produced continuously by extrusion molding technology and have far lower cost than that of compression molding technology; and products are easy to control and save processing energy consumption. The fiber meshes adopted by the invention have low price; the fiber exists in the boards in a tension state and can play the maximum supporting role; the extrusion molding technology results in high production efficiency and low investment of equipment; and the fiber mesh plastic board can adopt waste plastics, so the renewable utilization of materials is high. The plastic board product has wide range of application, and can be used for producing cabinets, package cabinets, filing cabinets, furniture, architectural templates, floors, wall panels, earthquake-resistant movable houses and the like; after the boards are reinforced by the fiber meshes, the strength and the rigidity can be greatly increased, so the board thickness can be reduced, and materials can be saved under the same usage request.
