Problems solved by technology

[0003] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem of secondary fermentation in the existing silage production, by screening the appropriate combination of sodium diacetate and sodium dehydroacetate, to quickly reduce the pH value, promote the growth of lactic acid bacteria, and inhibit the growth of spoilage bacteria. Preserve the nutrients in the silage raw materials to the greatest extent, improve the aerobic stability of the silage, and provide an additive to improve the aerobic stability of the silage

Abstract

The invention discloses additive for improving the aerobic stability of silage, relating to the additive for improving the aerobic stability of the silage. The additive solves the problem of secondaryfermentation in the process of silage production. The additive is mixture liquid prepared by sodium diacetate and dehydrogenation sodium acetate by weight ratio: 3-5:1. When in use, the sodium diacetate and the dehydrogenation sodium acetate are evenly mixed and added into the silage, wherein the weight of the sodium diacetate and the dehydrogenation sodium acetate to that of the silage is 0.4%-0.6%. The sodium diacetate is matched with the dehydrogenation sodium acetate so as to achieve the aim of fast reducing pH value, improving lactic acid level and reducing butyric acid level, reducing the ratio of ammoniacal nitrogen to total nitrogen, promoting the growth of lactobacillus, restraining the growth of putrefying bacteria, farthest reducing nutrient loss in the raw materials of the silage, and improving the aerobic stability of the silage. The additive can greatly preserve the nutrient of the silage, improve fermentation quality, increase the aerobic stability of the silage, restrain the secondary fermentation, and significantly increase the quality of the silage.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an additive for silage, in particular to an additive for improving the aerobic stability of silage. Background technique [0002] Silage refers to a fresh-keeping technology that keeps the quality of green feed relatively unchanged for a long period of time under sealed conditions. The research process of silage technology at home and abroad has gone through a development stage from high-moisture silage to low-moisture silage to additive silage. Silage technology has been extensively researched on secondary fermentation issues, semi-dry silage, special additives for corn silage, harvesting period, nutrient loss rules, silage towers, filling, and digging machinery. At present, it has been developed to regulate silage through chemical additives. The relatively perfect stage of quality has continuously improved the production level of silage. The secondary fermentation problem in existing silage production is an important factor...
