The invention discloses a yellow corn stalk silage feed preparation method. According to the preparation method, corn stalks, schizophyllum commune, lactic acid bacteria and purified water are utilized as the raw materials; then raw materials are pretreated at first and then fermented in a segmented mode to obtain a yellow corn stalk silage feed. According to the yellow corn stalk silage feed preparation method disclosed by the invention, microorganisms can jointly grow reasonably in a fermenting process, and the problem of microorganism antagonism is avoided. The preparation method disclosedby the invention is especially favorable for degrading cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, wherein the lignin degrading rate can reach 35.55% or more, the hemicellulose degrading rate can reach 47.33% or more, the lignin degrading rate can reach 30.21% or more, and compound bacteria can be completely degraded. Furthermore, degradation products have high nutritional ingredients, and a final product has comprehensive nutritional ingredients and contains varieties of ingredients of dry matter, crude protein, acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber, organic acid and the like; furthermore, after fermentation finishes, the lactic acid content can reach 164 g/kg or more, acetic acid can reach 56 g/kg, and propionic acid can reach 47 g/kg or more; the aerobic stability in a fermenting process is good, so that the yellow corn stalk silage feed is very suitable for serving as a feed ingredient of ruminants.
