Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing polymerized aluminum diacid by using coal gangues, in particular to a production method of an inorganic flocculant (i.e., water treatment agent). The production process comprises the following steps: producing the liquid polymerized aluminum diacid after coal gangue crushing, calcining, acid leaching, primary filtering, polymerizing and secondary filtering, and producing the white carbon black from waste residue after acid leaching by secondary acid leaching. The process utilizes the coal gangues as the raw materials to produce the polymerized aluminum diacid and the byproduct, white carbon black, and changes the waste to treasure; since the coal gangue includes a great amount of coal composition, only a small amount of cleaned coal is required to be used for ignition in the calcining process, and then the temperature required for calcining can be maintained by means of burning of the coal composition included in the coal gangue, therefore, compared with the general process, a great amount of cleaned coal is saved; powdery calcium carbonate is used for replacing light calcium carbonate used in the traditional process to regulate thebasicity, therefore, the cost is saved; and the reacting waste residues can also be used for producing the white carbon black, therefore, no waste is discharged during the entire production process.
