The magnetic bacteria separometer can be used for separating the bacteria with different magnetotaxis in a liquid culture medium, has high efficiency, saves the time, is large in treatment capacity and continuous in operation, and can meet the separation requirement of various magnetotactic bacteria including weak magnetotactic bacteria.
