The antistatic master batch comprises components by the following weight parts: 70-90 parts of polypropylene powder, 3-9 parts of antistatic particles, 5-15 parts of antistatic powder, and 2-6 parts of plastic processing aid. During prepare, the polypropylene power and the antistatic particles are loaded into a high-speed mixing roll to obtain a blend; the antistatic powder and the plastic processing aid are loaded into the high-speed mixing roll to mix, and then a final blend is obtained; the final blend is loaded into a bidirectional screw extruder to extrude and granulate, and a strip-shaped blend is extruded, led into a water tank to be cooled, and then cut into an antistatic master batch by a cutter after cooling.
